The Prayer Hotline began in September of 2003.  It consists of 110 individuals, who are divided into three teams.  When we receive an URGENT call (ex. – surgery, ICU, serious accident, Cancer or other serious health diagnosis), one team is called on a rotating basis.  We pray for the individual/s (parishioner, their family member or friend) for one week.  In the future, our teams will be asked to keep all the individuals on our request list in a general daily prayer (ex. “Dear God, continue to heal & comfort anyone still in need of our prayers and Your help, Amen!”)
